1. Introduction & Scope

Balkrishna Enterprise ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, stored, and handled when you download and play Spindle ("the App") on your Android device. By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifying information (such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise geolocation) on our own servers. The App has no user accounts and no login. The game runs standalone on your device.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements in the App. These include interstitial ads shown at natural breaks between screens, and rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit such as an extra life.

When ads are requested or displayed, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's advertising partners may collect and process non-personal device and advertising data, including:

• Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): a resettable identifier used to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, to cap ad frequency, and to detect invalid activity.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country, screen size, and network connection type.
• Ad interaction data: ad impressions, clicks, viewability, and rewarded-ad completion events.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level), used by ad partners for contextual relevance.

Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services page. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) on your device.

4. Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent request before serving personalized ads, in accordance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the GDPR. You may grant or decline consent. Where an ongoing right to change that choice applies — as it does in these regions — a Privacy options entry appears in the App's Settings screen and you can change your choice there at any time. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

5. Analytics

The Google Mobile Ads SDK reports aggregate, non-personal advertising metrics (such as impressions and revenue estimates) to our AdMob account. We use these only to understand overall ad performance. The App contains no Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or any other analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

6. Local Data Storage

The App stores gameplay data locally on your device only, using Android SharedPreferences / DataStore. This may include your progress and current level, high scores, remaining lives, sound and theme preferences, and your ad-consent choice. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. The only data leaving your device is the advertising and device data described in Section 3, which is transmitted to Google and its advertising partners solely to serve and measure ads. All such transmission occurs over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The App is not enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" program. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us and we will address it.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data on our servers, most requests should be directed to Google as the advertising data controller; you may also contact us at the address below and we will assist where we are able.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
