Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of BlockForge (the "App"), published by PocketForge Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Free, ad-supported
BlockForge is free to download and play, supported by ads served via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads). Some features (e.g. an extra Continue or Undo) may be unlocked by choosing to watch a rewarded ad — this is always optional.
3. No accounts
The App does not require account creation. Your score and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what's permitted by law;
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party right;
- Interfere with ad delivery (e.g. artificial clicks/impressions) or attempt to defraud our ad partners.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, artwork, and code are owned by PocketForge Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer ownership.
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google AdMob to deliver ads. Your use of ad content is also subject to Google's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected via AdMob.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketForge Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App (or your access to it) at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
