Privacy Policy

Effective 3 October 2026  ·  Cat Nook: Logic Puzzle (com.balkrishna.catnook)  ·  Balkrishna Enterprise

This policy explains what Cat Nook: Logic Puzzle collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Android application com.balkrishna.catnook published by Balkrishna Enterprise.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email or contacts. Your progress is stored on your own device. The only data leaving your device is what our advertising and store partners need in order to work. There are no in-app purchases.

1. Information we collect ourselves

None that identifies you. Your level, hearts, fish balance and settings are written to local device storage. We have no server, and no copy of that data ever reaches us.

2. Information collected by third parties

PartnerPurposeTypical data
Google AdMobShowing adverts Advertising ID, coarse location derived from IP, device type, OS version, ad interactions
Google Play ServicesReviews, integrity, crash reports Device and app identifiers, crash stack traces

These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect. Their handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising identifier and your choices

The Game requests the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) so that AdMob can limit how often you see the same advert and measure whether an advert worked. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your device, and you can switch on Opt out of Ads Personalisation there to receive only non-personalised adverts.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we show a Google-certified consent form on first launch and you can reopen it at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.

4. Notifications

With your permission the Game sends occasional reminders — for example when your hearts have refilled. Permission is requested only after you have played a couple of levels, never on first launch. You can revoke it in Android settings or switch reminders off inside the Game, and nothing else stops working if you do.

5. Permissions and why they exist

6. Children

The Game is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live). Our AdMob integration is configured to request child-appropriate advertising where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, write to balkrishnagames@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

Because game data lives on your device, it is retained until you delete it. Uninstalling the Game removes it. Data held by our partners is retained under their own policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Since we hold no personal data about you ourselves, most requests are satisfied by clearing the Game's data on your device — see Delete Account Info. For data held by Google, contact Google directly or write to us and we will help.

9. Security

Game data is stored in the Android application sandbox, which other apps cannot read on an unmodified device. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we hold nothing about you that would be valuable to an attacker.

10. International transfers

Our partners may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their own policies.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and notify you in the Game.
