These Terms govern your use of Cat Nook: Logic Puzzle ("the Game"), published by Balkrishna Enterprise ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Modify the Game, or distribute modified copies.
- Use cheats, automation, emulation or memory editing to alter progress, currency balances or leaderboard standing.
- Resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it.
3. Price and virtual items
The Game is free to download and play, and offers no in-app purchases.
Fish and other in-game items are earned by playing. They are a limited licence to use a feature inside the Game, have no monetary value, cannot be bought, exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game, and are lost if you delete the Game or your local data.
4. Advertising
The Game is supported by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded adverts are always optional and are never required to progress. We do not control the content of individual adverts; if you are shown something inappropriate, please report it to us with a screenshot and we will raise it with the network.
5. Your data
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We will try to keep your progress safe across updates. Game balance, level content and difficulty may change between versions.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (the Game is free, so ordinarily nothing) or INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may also have statutory consumer rights that these Terms do not affect.
8. Children
The Game is rated for general audiences and is suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See the Privacy Policy for details on how advertising is handled for younger users.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms in a way that harms other players or us.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be announced in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
