1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Word Search Puzzle application ("App," "Game," or "Service") developed and published by Balkrishna Enterprise ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App. Uninstall the App immediately if you disagree with any part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- The App is intended for general audiences.
- If you are under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
- By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on a compatible device that you own or control.
- Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
This license does NOT allow you to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.
- Use the App for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
4. User Accounts
- You may sign in using Google Sign-In or continue as a guest.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
5. In-App Purchases
- The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads," coin packs, hint packs) through the Google Play Store billing system.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
- All in-app purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless required by applicable law.
- Refund requests may be submitted through the Google Play Store per their refund policy.
6. Advertisements
- The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and other ad networks.
- By using the free version of the App, you consent to viewing advertisements.
- Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not controlled by us.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any advertisements.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, functionality, graphics, text, code, game design, puzzles, word lists, and any associated documentation, is the exclusive property of Balkrishna Enterprise and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BALKRISHNA ENTERPRISE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY: We do not warrant that the App is fit for any particular commercial purpose.
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE: We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.
- ACCURACY: We do not warrant that the App's content is complete, accurate, or error-free.
- AVAILABILITY: We do not warrant that the App will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- DATA INTEGRITY: We do not warrant that your game data, progress, scores, coins, or any saved information will be preserved, uncorrupted, or recoverable at all times.
- SECURITY: We do not warrant that the App or its servers are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BALKRISHNA ENTERPRISE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data, game progress, or saved information
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Any other intangible losses
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

- Any damage to your mobile device, computer, tablet, or any other hardware
- Any loss of data, files, or information stored on your device
- Any software malfunction, corruption, or conflict caused by or attributed to the App
- Any battery drainage, storage usage, or performance degradation
- Any harm arising from internet connectivity issues
- Any emotional, psychological, or physical harm alleged to be caused by the App
- Any financial loss from in-app purchases, subscriptions, or transactions
- Any consequences arising from the App's unavailability, shutdown, or discontinuation
- Any consequences arising from account termination or data deletion
YOU USE THIS APP ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Balkrishna Enterprise, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
12. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Updates and Changes
- We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App at any time.
- Updates may modify or remove features, content, or functionality.
- We are under no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, or support.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
14. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
- Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
- All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Balkrishna Enterprise regarding your use of the App.
